Description

Retrieves information about a component type.

Options

--component-type-id (string)

The ID of the component type.

--workspace-id (string)

The ID of the workspace that contains the component type.

--cli-input-json | --cli-input-yaml (string) Reads arguments from the JSON string provided. The JSON string follows the format provided by --generate-cli-skeleton. If other arguments are provided on the command line, those values will override the JSON-provided values. It is not possible to pass arbitrary binary values using a JSON-provided value as the string will be taken literally. This may not be specified along with --cli-input-yaml.

--generate-cli-skeleton (string) Prints a JSON skeleton to standard output without sending an API request. If provided with no value or the value input, prints a sample input JSON that can be used as an argument for --cli-input-json. Similarly, if provided yaml-input it will print a sample input YAML that can be used with --cli-input-yaml. If provided with the value output, it validates the command inputs and returns a sample output JSON for that command.

The ARN of the component type.

componentTypeId -> (string)

The ID of the component type.

creationDateTime -> (timestamp)

The date and time when the component type was created.

description -> (string)

The description of the component type.

extendsFrom -> (list)

The name of the parent component type that this component type extends.

An object that maps strings to the functions in the component type. Each string in the mapping must be unique to this object.

value -> (structure)

The function response.

implementedBy -> (structure)

The data connector.

isNative -> (boolean)

A Boolean value that specifies whether the data connector is native to IoT TwinMaker.

lambda -> (structure)

The Lambda function associated with this data connector.

arn -> (string)

The ARN of the Lambda function.

isInherited -> (boolean)

Indicates whether this function is inherited.

requiredProperties -> (list)

The required properties of the function.

The scope of the function.

isAbstract -> (boolean)

A Boolean value that specifies whether the component type is abstract.

isSchemaInitialized -> (boolean)

A Boolean value that specifies whether the component type has a schema initializer and that the schema initializer has run.

isSingleton -> (boolean)

A Boolean value that specifies whether an entity can have more than one component of this type.

propertyDefinitions -> (map)

An object that maps strings to the property definitions in the component type. Each string in the mapping must be unique to this object.

configuration -> (map)

A mapping that specifies configuration information about the property.
